Descrição

Prefabricated modular townhouse with exposed concrete design and large sliding doors made to measure in aluminum make this house one of the most comfortable and cozy residences to live in.

Concept that marked the modernist architecture in the 1960s / 70s and was widely used by icons like Oscar Niemeyer and Vilanova Artigas, the apparent concrete no longer occupies the same space in the current scenario, even when compared to what is produced abroad. "Consequently, there is little culture, equipment, teams, builders and even architects able to design and build well, as the options for surface texture are infinitely inferior to those available in other countries", says Professor Paulo Helene, professor at the University of São Paulo and permanent advisor to the Brazilian Concrete Institute (Ibracon).
